Warranty Policy

BrandStand America (BSA) extends warranties to all its product lines to assure customer satisfaction. This warranty provides limited coverage against manufacturer’s physical defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use by the original owner.

Warranty Conditions

Products shall have been subject to only normal use and service and shall not have been misused, neglected, altered, improperly set up or otherwise damaged. There shall be no evidence of tampering or deliberate misuse or destruction.

Defects to BSA products will be determined solely by BSA and not by any representative, distributor or dealer of, or for the company.

Upon determination of a defect, BSA’s sole obligation will be to repair or replace the defective part with same or similar product.

Any claim against BSA for defects in materials or workmanship must be in writing. BSA must authorize the return of any alleged or defective part before it is returned.

The party making the claim must prepay all shipping and transportation costs.

BSA reserves the right to substitute, discontinue, alter or modify any product or part thereof, at any time without prior notice. In such cases BSA may, at its sole discretion, substitute the warranted product.

No BSA representative, distributor or reseller is authorized to assume for BSA any other obligations or liabilities in connection with the product, or alter the terms of this warranty in any way.

BSA shall not be liable for damages, including special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of a BSA product or its use by the owner.

BSA America is not liable to a reseller or any other party for any costs, loss revenues or profits due to incidental or consequential damages other than for the replacement value of the product covered by this limited warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty policy is not applicable in the following cases:

  • Non-specific use causing damage to the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damages from abuse, misuse, alterations, improper installation, shipping
  • Acts of God, including but not limited to fire, earthquakes, smoke, floods and explosions
  • Failure of owner to take timely action to minimize the loss or damage, or to give BSA timely feedback of notice of defect

Warranty Processing

Verify your order immediately upon receipt, and setup your display for a thorough inspection. To report any issues, please contact the BSA Customer Service Department immediately, always within 48 hours of receipt.

To file a warranty claim, please contact the BSA Customer Service Department, they will help determine the nature of the product failure and establish if it is covered under this warranty.

To begin the return/warranty process, various forms of documentation will be requested, including but not limited to photos, proof of destruction, and copies of packing forms. Failure to provide the necessary information requested may
delay the claim process.

If a repair is needed, BSA will issue a Return Authorization Form. Packaging standards similar to those used by BSA should be maintained for all products being returned. The return must include a copy of the RA Form and be received within 30 days. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Insuring your packages with the shipper is recommended as BSA is not responsible for lost or misplaced shipments.

Returns

BSA does not accept returns after an order has shipped. If a return is approved, items must be received within 30 days of RA issuance, in new and re-sellable condition. BSA will carry out inspection before accepting the return. A 15% re-stocking fee may be applied. Custom or printed items are never returnable.

Graphic Defects

Please make sure to always inspect your graphics immediately, any defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact BSA Customer service with photos of any imperfections. If a graphic is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, versus the customer approved proof, the product may in no way be used by the customer.

Usage of claimed product will void BSA’s responsibility to evaluate or reprint the product. Reprints are only allowed for the original artwork approved.

Freight Damage

BSA takes preventative measures to ensure that packages are protected from damage during transit, but cannot guarantee minor scratches or dent imperfections relating to shipping incidents.

Products damaged in transit are considered a ‘non-warranty issue’. Claims must be made to BSA Customer Service Department within 2 business days of receiving product. Digital photos may be required to document damage to the shipping container and/or product. Please be sure to sign for the package(s) as ‘damaged’.
